How long does a project take?

Completion times range from several focused hours to multiple evenings. The estimate on each product page assumes a careful, unhurried pace.

Tools and components

What is included?

The “What’s included” section on each product page lists components, tools, lighting and power accessories. Batteries, paint and consumables are included only when stated.

Can I request a replacement component?

Contact support@zeniovia.com with your order number, product name, component number and a clear photograph.

Orders and delivery

Where can I find tracking?

Your shipping confirmation email contains the carrier link. Tracking events can take additional time to appear after the label is created.

What if I need to return an item?

Review the Refund Policy before sending anything back. Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.
